About Louis Paul Marshall

Louis Paul Marshall May 10, 1898 – Mar. 17, 1939 On Feb. 19, 1920 Paul married Irene Long (July 26, -900 – July 13, 1985) of Leslie.

Paul Marshall, 40 years old, died Friday afternoon at Jackson Mercy Hospital, following a second operation made necessary by a fall sustained several weeks ago at his farm home northwest of Leslie.

Mr. Marshall was a member of the Leslie Grange and the Leslie Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Marshall; 3 daughters, Helen, Doris, and Lois Marshall; 2 sons, Lyle and Marvin Marshall, all at home, a mother, Mrs. Inez Marshall of Leslie, a brother Don Marshall of Leslie, and sister, Mrs. May Markham of Cadillac.

Funeral services were held from the Behren Chapel Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Ray Clearwaters, pastor of the Leslie Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was made in Woodlawn cemetery, Leslie.
