There's no good evidence that this Lucy Lane was a daughter of Dutton Lane and Pretitia Tydings, but there's evidence that she wasn't:

1. No birth or baptism record has been found.
2. No Lucy is named as a daughter in Barnes, a well-researched and highly regarded source.
3. No Lucy is named as a daughter in James.
4. No Lucy is named as a daughter in Schultz.

In the absence of any good evidence and in the face of strong evidence that she wasn't a child of Dutton and Pretitia Lane, she should be detached from this family.
