No mention of her father being a Patriot - Her father's Will was probated on January 28, 1809, in Culpeper, County, VA - this doesn't match what we have on GENI, although a mistake can be made in Genealogy Books- I will locate the original Will of William Hill as it names all of the children - it should have a probate date-

- Culpeper County Virginia Records, Will Book P, page 253, Division of Slaves of James Colvin, Deceased, among his children.
- James Colvin was not a Patriot but was a descendant of Daniel Colvin, Revolutionary Soldier( DAR National NO 443238) through Miss Russell Lucille Colvin. Etc.
