Mary Peirce

The daughter of JOHN & MARY (PICKERING) KNIGHT, she married Robert Pierce on Oct. 16, 1645 in Watertown, Mass.

Their children (all born in Mass.)were:

 Notes

From the will of Robert Pierce of Woburn, yeoman: "...about 30 acres purchased of my father-in-law, John Knight, late of Charlestown, deceased by deed dated March 6, 1663" (Robert Pierce married John's daughter, Mary).

This Mary Knight who married Robert Pierce is not the same Mary Knight who married either John Osborne or John Cole. That was apparently Mary Knight, dau. of Walter & Elizabeth Knight.)

Mary Knight, b. Romsey, Hampshire d. 18 March 1701, Woburn, MA. Married Robert Peirce (son of John Peirce & Elizabeth Stoker, before 16 Oct 1646.

John Knight, malster, his wife Mary Pickering, and their children came to America on the ship “James”, which left London, England on April 6, 1635, and landed in the Massachusetts Bay Colony in June of 1635.
