Mehitable Lothrop

Biography

Mehitable was born to Richard Sarson and Jane Mayhew Sarson.[1]. Married Thomas Lothrop, son of Melatiah Lothrop and Sarah Farrar.

Judge Sewall, in a visit to Edgartown, noted in his diary "Mrs. Lothrop has 8 children", but the names of two are missing.

Wife to Mr. Thomas Lothrop (22 Aug 1668 - 1746); aged 60 Years; daughter of Richard & Jane (Paine) Mayhew Sarson. Inscription: Here lyes Buried ye Body of Mrs. Mehitabl Lothrop Wife to Mr Thomas Lothrop Who Died July 31st 1733 Aged 60 Years

• Can't be the daughter of Rev, Thomas Mayhew he was born 1618-1657 born 1673, about 17 years after his death. Mehitable Lothrop (Sarson) Gender: Female Birth: 1673 Death: July 31, 1733 (59-60) Place of Burial: Tower Hill Cemetery, Edgartown, Dukes County, Massachusetts USA Please don't just take her birthdate off- disconnect her- then research where she goes.
