She was born in 1841 or 1843 as of the census record from 1900.

County Pioneer Buried

Funeral services for the late Mrs. Pauline Werachowski, who passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen Skalitzky, 217 Smith street, on Saturday afternoon, were held at St. Peter's Church Tuesday morning. Rev. S.A. Elbert officiating. Interment followed in the parish cemetery, where the body was laid to rest by six of her grandsons. Mrs. Werachowski was 81 years of age and a pioneer resident of Portage county. She lived at and near Arnott for many years before coming to Stevens Point to reside with local members of the family. Her sickness extended over a considerable period and was caused by heart trouble and dropsy.

Surviving are three sons and three daughters, J.A. Werachowski of Arnott, Julius of Montana, Frank of this city, Mrs. Skalitzky, Mrs. Frank Kitowski and Mrs. Joseph Vicker of this city.
