Mrs. Rebecca Ann Barefoot

Mrs. Rebecca Ann Barefoot, aged 84, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lillian Tipton, Wilminton Road, R.D. 3, Saturday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock. Death was caused by old age and complications. Mrs. Barefoot, a widow, was preceded in death by her husband 40 years ago.

Born in Fishertown, Bedford County, on October 5, 1859, Mrs. Barefoot had resided with her daughter here for the past six and a half months. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Bedford, PA.

The following children survive: Harry Barefoot of Altoona, Pa; Roy and Ray of Swissvale; Earl of White Plains, N.Y., who became ill while visiting his mother and is now a patient in the Jameson Memorial Hospital; Willard of McKees Rocks; Neil of Wilkinsburg; Edgar of Bedford, Pa; Mrs. Lillian Tipton of New Castle; Russell of Lincoln Place, Pittsburgh; and Mrs. Archie Sellers of Marion, O. She is also survived by a brother, Albert Wolf of Fishertown, Pa., 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

The body removed to the Howard L. Reynolds funeral home, 909 Adams Street, was taken on Sunday to Bedford, PA., where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the Alton Barefoot funeral home. Interment will be made at Bedford.
