Thomas Prater older brother Jonathan Prater b. 1715 married Catherine Reece b. 1725 in Bedford, VA. in 1740. They had a son Named Jonathan Prater b. abt. 1758 and married SARAH MOSELEY in Bedford, VA. in 1780.

This Sarah Prater had a brother also named Jonathan Prater b. 1757 in VA. married Sarah Elizabeth Musick b. abt 1760 married in Henry Co., Va. 1780.
