About Sarah Snow

Sarah Wilson was born in the Massachusetts Bay Colony, most likely in Woburn but possibly in Salem, 1647/1652. She was the daughter of John Wilson (d 1687) and his wife Hannah James? (d 1703)

biography

On August 8, 1668, at 18 years old, she married Samuel Snow, son of Richard and Annis [SIC: Avis] Snow of Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts. They married and settled in Woburn, Massachusetts. Sarah and Samuel Snow had the following 6 children:[1]

  1. Samuel Snow b: 8 FEB 1670 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts
  2. Sarah Snow b: 28 MAY 1672 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts
  3. Daniel Snow b: 9 JUL 1674 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts
  4. Abigail Snow b: 4 APR 1677 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts
  5. Richard Snow b: 10 DEC 1683 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts
  6. Hannah Snow b: 8 JUN 1686 in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts

Unfortunately, Sarah (Wilson) Snow fell gravely ill on giving birth to her last child, Hannah Snow. She died on June 15, 1686, in Woburn, Middlesex, Massachusetts.[2]
