Sir Thomas de Poynings was the son of Sir Michael de Poynings and Margrey (?).1 He married Agnes de Rokesley, daughter of Richard de Rokesley and Joan de Criol.1 He died on 10 October 1339, killed in action.1

    Sir Thomas de Poynings fought in the Battle of Honnecourt on 10 October 1339.1
