- In the Name of God Amen, I William Reynolds being sick and weak in Body but of full perfect memory
- I first beqeath my Soul to Almighty God that gave it hoping to receive the meritts of Jesus Christ at the resurrection Next my body to the Earth from whence it came & to be buried in a decent manner by my Executors hereafter named
- It: I give unto my son Cornelius & my son John & my son William & Daughter Elizabeth Rennolds all my personall Estate Equally to be divided and my Land to be divided to my sons & daughter in quanitie & qualitie
- It: It is Will that to my sons be at age at sixteen and their Estate to be delivered at one & twenty and my daughter Elizabeth her part to be delivered at the day of marriage to be delivered by my Executors hereafter named
- It: It is my will that I make my brother John Reynolds my whole & sole Executor Revoking all wills & Instruments being this my last will & Testament as witnessed my hand & Seal this 22nd day of Octob'r [1700]
