William Richmond was born circa 1700 at prob., Taunton. He was the son of Joseph Richmond and Mary Andrews.

William Richmond died before 26 February 1735 at Taunton.

He married before 1728 to a MACOMBER, possibly the daughter of John MACOMBER.
