married Alice Grymes Burwell, and had issue:
b. 1768; d. 24th October, 1817; Deputy Clerk of Shenandoah County, Virginia, for his brother Maj. John Williams;
Lawyer, Woodstock, Virginia, and afterwards Richmond; m. Alice Grymes Burwell.
