Origins

William West, cooper, and Sarah Ennis were married on 18 January 1753 at the Friends Meeting House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John West and Sarah Pearson.

The six children of William West and Sarah Ennis were:

2. James West. Born 26 October 1755 at Philadelphia, PA.
3. William West. Born 1757 at Chester County, PA. Married Ann Brinton. (Listed at DAR.)
4. Rebecca West. Born 27 January 1760 at Philadelphia, PA.
5. Benjamin West. Born 13 January 1763 at Philadelphia, PA.
6. unknown West. Born 26 February 1765 at Philadelphia, PA, died 28 February 1765.
