Colonials who owned land and slaves in countries, not their homeland and traveled frequently. My concentration is in Jamaica and USA.
The likely hood that an American Plantation owner had other Plantations and relatives in other countries is always possible. I know most of mine did, and this creates a problem for genealogy searches in Jamaica.
