WILLIAM BESSANT - baptised: 4/7/1784 East Meon, Hampshire. William married Elizabeth Cowland 23/1/1810 @ St.Mary, Eling, Hants. William was a Coachman, living in east London with his wife and seven children. He died on 17/4/1854 of "Ulceration of the stomach" at 1 St.Leonard's Road, Bromley, London. Wife Elizabeth was born in Gt.Bardfield, Essex in 1787 and died of "Bronchitis" three days earlier than William on 14/4/1854 at the same address. William and Elizabeth were buried together on the 23/4/1854 at St.Leonard's, Bromley, east London.
