My grandmother, Beulah Ruth Cauthorn is a descendant of Richard Cauthorn III. Beulah's father name is Alfred William Cauthorn, born November 2, 1866 in Mexico, MO Died September 1941 in Portland, OR. Alfred William, son of Benjamin Ross Cauthron, (son of Alfred Cauthorn I, died in Mexico, MO October 15, 1902 at the age of 62) and Ruth Ann Kirtley of Cynthiana, Harrison county, KY, worked in the business office of the Portland Journal newspaper for twenty years. He married Gussie Grace Fuller (January 21, 1870-December 26, 1950) They were married in Portland, OR. They had two other children, Frank Benjamin and Marguerite Fuller. All children were born in Portland, OR.
