My parents-in-law (Enrico Marchetti and Teresa Biagi) moved from Barga,Tuscany,Italy in 1920/1921 to live in Glasgow,Scotland. They had two sons, my husband being the younger. They ran a small restaurant for many years and passed away in the late1960's. My father-in-law's younger brother also moved to Glasgow at about the same time and had two sons and a daughter. All the children of the marriages are UK citizens. The parents retained their Italian nationality, and the two brothers were interned during the 2nd World War.
