Our line adds the "s" to the name but is all the same family. Earliest Middlebrooks found is a Thomas in Orange/Hanover Co., VA and he had married a Rachel Sirmons/Simmons. Both died in this area. Douglas Parish Register shows Isaac Middlebrook bap ca 1728 and married later to Ann Sims/Symes.
