Alicia Otis

This profile as "Alicia" being the first born/first daughter of John Otis appears to come from the 1924 genealogical study A Genealogical and Historical Memoir of the Otis Family in America by William A. Otis. However, this book has been found to be highly unreliable for information on the Otis family in England.

The NEHGS AmericanAncestors.org: Great Migration: Immigrants to New England, 1634-1635, Volume V, M-P Page(s): 324 states that this has not been proven by any other source, and they start with Johann, bp. 1610. They include a daughter Alice born after the family moved from Glastonbury but before they immigrated, and they use 1623 for her birth and indicate that this later born daughter is the one mentioned in John Otis' will in 1657.
