Abt 1657 Charles City Co., VA will made 18 February 1715/16 will probated: 21 May 1718 Charles City Co. or Surry Co., VA, m. at Charles City, VA., 24 April 1703 AGNES STITH, b. abt. 1659 in Charles City, VA.; died bef. 1 Jan 1721 in Charles City, VA.; buried in Jones Hole Swamp, Surry Co., VA. (dau. of Major John Stith and Jane [Moseby?] Parsons) April 1703 Interpreter for Nottaway and Meherrin Indians. 30 November 1707-deed for 500 acres on Cabin Schick Swamp They both are buried at Jones Hole Swamp.

- 1. *Mary Wynne (c 1677 Charles City Co., Va. - d. before 1732 Surry Co., Va.) m. c 1692 *Nathaniel Malone 3-3. In addition to details in Thomas' will, she is proved a daughter by a deed of gift in Surry Co., Va. dated 11-3-1707: "Thomas Wynne deeds to his daughter Mary Malone ... 98 acres on ye south side of Jones Hole Swamp on ye line of Lewis Green." She was probably one of Thomas Wynne, Sr.'s oldest children, since Nathaniel and Mary (Wynne) Malone's older children date from the mid to late 1690's.
- 2. Thomas Wynne, Jr. (c 1680 Charles City Co., Va. - 1770-73 Sussex Co., Va.) m. 1st Martha Johnson; m. 2nd Mary Hewitt. Will in Sussex Co., Va.

Robert Wynne (c 1685 Charles City Co., Va. - 7-23-1754 Sussex Co., Va.) m. 1st c 1708 Anne Bolling (July 1690 Kippax, Va. - c 1750 Sussex Co., Va.), dau of Robert Bolling and Anne (Stith) Bolling; m. 2nd 8-9-1753 Mary Philllpson. Was left a deed of gift by his parents in Surry Co. in 1707. Will proved 8-12-1754 Sussex Co., Va. His children: [8, Vol. 2, p. 111] (The grandchildren listed were named in his will.)
The Will of Thomas Wynne
In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Wynn being very Sick and weak but of Sound and perfect mind & memory praised be God Doe make and ordain this to be my Last Will & Testament making void and Revoking all other Wills heretofore made or Nominated.
Item I give and bequeath my Soul unto the hands of the Almighty God that gave to me in hopes of Eternal Joy & Happiness and my body to the ground to be Decently buried after the Discretion of my Exo or Exos hereafter nominated.
Item My Desire is that my Debts should be paid out of my Estate by selling my Negro named Jack and the Plantation that I now live on and also a Tract of land lying on the South Side of Nottoway River the place being called the Cabin Sticks.
Item I give & bequeath to my Son Thos Wynn a Certain ----of land lying on the North Side of Stoney Creek of about Two Hundred Acres and also a bay horse and a Gunn.
Item I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Lewcresy Wynn one heifer of about Five years old.
Item I give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Martha Wynn one heifer of about two years old.
Item I give and bequeath to my Loving wife Agnes one Negro named Will, her life time or her widowhood and then the Negro Man to Return as the rest of the estate and also a Sorrell horse branded with GB a gold ring & feather bed and furniture.
Item I give and bequeath to my son Robert Wynne one gold ring with a Seal on the ring.
Item I give and bequeath the rest of my estate of what nature or quantity (forever) to be Equally Divided amonst my children making my son Robert Wynn my whole & sole Exer. of this my Last Will & Testament. Witnesseth my hand & seal this Eighteen Day of February Dom 1714.

Agnes was born c. 1657 in Charles City Couny, Virginia and died c.1709 in Surry County, Virginia. She married Thomas Wynn or Wynne, the son of Robert Wynn or Wynne and wife Frances Sloman. They had four children, two sons (Thomas Jr., and Robert) and two daughters (Mary and Lucy.)
