Isaac B. Eubank was born August 19, 1874 in Texas, son of Nathaniel "Nat" N. Eubank and Sarah "Sallie" Jane (Bray) Eubank.

In the Nat and Sallie Eubank family, he is brother of Thomas "Tom" Wooten (1867); Lou Katie (1868); Margret N. (1869); William "Will" Tarence (1870); Ophelia Tennessee (1872); Augustus "Gus" Nathaniel (1876); Infant Girl (1878); Mary S. (1879); Sarah Etta (1883); Ella Jane (1884); James "Jimmie" Bedford (1886) and Carroll Edward (1889) Eubank.

In June 1880, Isaac, age 5, was living with his family in Lamar County, TX.

On September 16, 1894, Isaac B. Eubank, age 20 years and 27 days, died in Lamar County, TX, with burial possibly in the Pride Cemetery (unmarked, possibly vandalized & unverified), Paris, Lamar County, Texas. Other siblings thought to be buried there, Margret N. and infant sister Eubank.
