Isabella had no children according to her Civil Death record, which was filled out by her husband, William Ernest Gray. But:

A William 'Edward' Gray appears to have stood as witness in 1902 for his wife (Anna Susanna Gray)'s sister (Isabella Magdalena Doubell)'s possibly illegitimate child (Magdalena Elizabeth Doubell) by a Patrick Lynch The sisters' mother (Carolina Elizabeth Doubell stood as 'doop moeder'. William went on to marry the second sister after the first sister's death in 1910, but one wonders what happened to the child, who is not mentioned at Isabella's death in 1922. [Sharon April 2015] William Ernest Gray appears to have married a third Doubell woman, Maria Dorothea Smuts Doubell (1882 - 1960).
