About Jonathan Hubbard

Jonathan Hubbard, son of John Hubbard and Mary Merriam, was born in Wethersfield, Connecticut on January 3, 1658/59 and died at Concord, Massachusetts on July 17, 1728. He removed as early as 1680 to Concord.

On January 15, 1681, Jonathan married Hannah Rice, daughter of Samuel Rice and Elizabeth King of Sudbury, in Concord. Their children were:

  • Mary - b. April 3, 1682 at Concord; d. February 2, 1769; m. Daniel Davis in 1678
  • Jonathan - b. June 8, 1683 at Concord; d. April 7, 1761 at Townsend, Massachusetts; m. Rebecca Brown on September 26, 1704

  • Samuel - b. April 27, 1687 at Concord
