I suspect he is buried at Chattanooga, TN, where he was either killed in battle or died from an unknown illness in 1863 at the age of 21.
"Hezekiah F. Slade, age 18, enlisted as a Private in Company D, 7th Mississippi Infantry September 27, 1861 at Bay St. Louis, employed on extra duty as a Teamster & November December 1862, died in hospital at Chattanooga March 12, 1863"
