About Salamoun Felix
From the book “Třebíč. Příběhy židovských familiantů”, by Rudolf Fišer, Třebíč, 2012. ISBN 80-85571-21-8 p. 162.
FELIX, Salomon Familiant No. 89 (1828-) Salomon Felix was the first-born son of the healer Josef Felix. In 1819 he attended medical and surgical lectures at the Vienna Academy. After four years and six months he served in the imperial army as an assistant physician. At the age of twenty-five his father handed over to him his shop for 500 gulden. His other property was 800 gulden. Therefore, he could obtain the familiant position No. 89 and marry Rosalia, of whom nothing is known. In 1842 he turned directly to the monarch with the request that he be allowed to employ Christians to manage his land. He recalled that his father and uncle also served in the army. In 1851 he owned No. 104 B (Na Výsluní 3) and 105 A (Blahoslavova 3).
