About Santiago Icasiano
Santiago was a member, and doctor, of the Katipunan. He co-signed the 1899 Malolos Constitution. He was a classmate of Jose Rizal in Madrid, Spain. He was the first director of the Coron Leper Colony hospital in Palawan.
He was a Doctor of Leprosy and Physician of Katipunan. He was a assembly delegate signee of the first Philippine Republic.
In 1888 he finished his doctor degree in University of Barcelona , Spain.
In 1889 he was one of the people lodge the Philippine Revolution 1889
