Stephen Bryant, II was born on February 2, 1657 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. His parents were Stephen Bryant, of Plymouth Colony and Abigail Bryant.

Stephen married Mehitable Bryant circa 1683 in Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA. Together they had the following children: David Bryant, Sr.; Thomas Bryant; Hannah Bryant; Ichabod Bryant; Timothy Bryant; James Bryant, Sr.; Isaac Bryant; Charles Bryant; Abigail Bryant; Stephen Bryant, III; Icahsbod Bryant.

Stephen married 2nd to Sarah Bryant. Sarah Ford, widow of James Magoun.Together they had the following children: James Bryant.
