Thomas Roote, son of John Sen., of Farmington, Ct., b. a. 1648, in Farmington, Ct. He removed from Farmington, Ct., to Westfield, Mass., with his brothers John and Samuel.

He m. (1) 1670, Mary Gridley. She d. 1673.
He m. (2) Oct. 7, 1675, Mary Spencer. She d. Nov. 4, 1690.
He m. (3) Jan. 25, 1692, Sarah, widow of Josiah Leonard, and dau. of John Dumbleton. She d. Jan. 3, 1694.

He d. Aug. 16, 1709.
