About the Buchner surname

Buchner was a Jewish family from Makow Mazowiecki (Makova) and neighboring towns in Poland, 40 miles due north of Warsaw. Judka (Yidel) and Chana Devora Buchner produced 5 children that I am aware of, including Bajla, Asher, Mendel (Max), Fajwel Icek and Abram Moszyk. All but Fajwel Icek emigrated to the US in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
