About the Tartu surname

Tartu in Estonia may be named after the Tatar people of Baraba ,as Tar-Ta-Wa ,that would
approxiamtely mean Japanese Tatar .

Baraba may namely be the region ,in Siberia ,where Barabaik tribe might well have emigrated
from to Africa ,called also Taturu and U-Tatu there .
They are kinsmen of Maa people ,believed to be descended from Mesani .
Maa-Rahva ,the ethnonym of Estonians in their present language meaning Earthly People ,
may also mean Maa people ,or Maasai .

Mesani might have been the ruler of the region of Mesan in what is now Iraq ,called Kharax
in the antiquity .
The people of this kingdom might have been descended from the family of Arak-Keha ,
as the Byble calls them .
Progeitor of this family was A-Ke-Le-ya-Ba ,identifyable, with Kalev ,the Estonian mythical ancestor .
His son was A-Mag-Hawa-Ra ,after whom Kalev's sons called themselves Ma(g)-Rahva .
The latter's son in turn was A'es-Shet-te-ya-Na ,ancestor of Aesti people, now called Estonian,
as well as of Aestyak one at river Aes ,now called Ob .
His son was At-Teg-Han-Na ,after whom Aestyaks are called Hanteg as well .
Their people are believed to be one of the main components of native inhabinants Baraba region ,
beside some Turks ,now called Tatar ,that is Baraba-Tatar .
Intermixture with Turks might have been a long story ,as Turkana people ,closely related to some
of the Maa ,at least by their language, may also be of Turk origin .

Another member of the family was Apa-Sakha ,who may be the forefather of Sakha people of Yakutia .
Many of the latter are believed to be in some relation the Mongol-speaking Buraads ,so Buraadi
tribe of Barabaik or Taturu people may be descended from him,Apa-Sakha .

The language of these Nilotic peoples may be of Nanai origin,so its original speakers might
be descendedn from A'aya-Nan-Na ,son of A-Wa-Hayat-Daha ,generica acnestor of Daha peoples,
later called Iranian ones .
A'ya-Nan-Na is identifyable with Huai of the Hia dynasty of China ,father of Mang and son of Ju ,
after whom Mangju people hass been named .
For Ju in turn are descendants of A-Wa-Hayat-Daha - likely founder of Hayato state in Wa country ,
in Japan - called Jew .
Estonian founders of Tartu thus might have been of Daha ,closerly of Nani origin ,of a language
related to Maa ,Nandi and othe Nilotic ones, and to Manjurian.
They must have thus adopted a Finno-Ugrian language through mixture with the sons of Ganda -
as did Aestyaks in Ugra - ,A-Wa-Hayat-Daha's brother ,and especially with the family of his son,
Sha-ya-Nawa ,after whom Skandinavia has been named : Sha-Ganda-ya-Nawa .
Ganda was the king of Karduniash of Kasshu ,called also Karkhédón ( Kar-K"shaya-Wa-Doon ) or
Karthago elsewhere ,another of the twelve ancestors of the Chosen Nation .
