Roland Nelson

Roland served in the United States Army Air Corpsduring World War II. He maried Marjorie in 1943 and they then lived Bay City for many years. Roland worked for his family's Bay City Plumbing and Heating Company as a helper, sales manager for many years, and as secretary. Roland died in 1969 at Samaritan Hospital at the age of 55. He was survived by six children, three brothers. When he died Roland was a partner and secretary and treasurer of the Bay City Plumbing and Heating Company. He attended the Essexville Baptist Church and was an air force veteran.
