William Charles Lageson, 80, Dodgeville, formerly of Blanchardville, died Saturday, April 21, 2001 at the Encore Senior Villa. He was born March 24, 1921 in York Township, Green County, to Edward and Helga (Berg) Lageson. He attended school in Blanchardville. He was married on April 2, 1948 in the Perry Lutheran Church in Daleyville to Dorothy Kittleson. Bill farmed with Dorothy east of Blanchardville for most of his life. He was a member of the Pecatonica Bow Hunting Club and loved spending time with his friends downtown in Blanchardville, playing cards and sitting on the bench in front of Husies'. Bill loved and was devoted to his family, and was a very kind and good-hearted person.
