Athéné was in aigyptian language called Néith - pronounced Na-ya-wa-Witsh - ,whose worshippers from Greece may in antiquity conquered and colonised a lot of new territories,and this may heva been the way some of them reache das dfar as today's Poland and founded settlemenets named after their idol or ancestor calld Nowice or something like this,that is : Na-wa-witsh-se - that later has been given a slavic interpretation according to the language of later immigrants,like it happened in many cases.
