Elizabeth Dunlop is reported to be the daughter of Lillias Campbell [Dunlop of Garnkirk] http://www.clandunlop.com/dunlop%20of%20Gankirk.htm but her mother's name is not mentioned in her baptismal record, which reads as follows: "Elizt laull daughter to James Dunlop of Garnkirk baptized Witneses therto Matt Cuming of Cardarach Mr Archd Robertone of Bedlay Jo: Rae and Wm: Dunlop Merts in Glasgow" [Registrar General for Scotland, New Register House, Edinburgh, Cadder Baptisms, 1662-1744, reference OPR.626/1].
