Beriah or Benjah Higgins was born on 29 September 1661 at Eastham. He was the son of Jonathan Higgins and Elizabeth Rogers.[2]

Beriah or Benjah Higgins was also known as Benjah or Beriah Higgins.

He died before 27 April 1699 at (deed calls him dec.).

He prob. m. bef. 1697, since his son Joseph must have been at least 21 when he sold his land in 1718, but his wife's name has not been found.
