Moved the mixed up children from John Burrows, Jr., of Groton to John Burroughs, of Stratford
I did it manually with move as I could not find an undo merge to cover 7 kids.

Above is a merge from 2019 that was incorrect. If it can't be undone, Jane Vann Boone should be removed as his wife. His known wife was Sarah Day, and she outlived him.
Also in this tree, this was an incorrect merge, she couldn't have been married to both of them, which is seen in her timeline. Mary Boone Bradley is the correct daughter of Samuel, per DAR and FAG. https://www.geni.com/merge/view?revision_id=83879973400

I did a merge that added Rachael Rhoads as a child, but she's locked out from her father.
Also, what does this even mean? James Boone
Erica Howton @JC I did some merging on a lot of Boones last year trying to resolve conflicts. There seem to be some left over from a couple of years ago. I think the problem with the Boone family is that going to the Grandparent generation of the famous Daniel Boone -- there seems to me major disagreement on the parents or siblings. So you will come across several versions of "officially documented" lines, but they aren't 100% documented.
It seems that in the migration westward from VA, there were a couple of family groups with Boone name who migrated to TN and KY and then intermarried with people from the other Boone families, and they tended to have children with the same names and lots of boy (so lots of Boone lines). For them, Geni is a great platform because you can start in the present and go backwards, pushing all the conflicts together.
I'm trying to resolve an issue around Virginia O'Connors. See:
Mary was born around 1705 apparently in Ireland, but she's been attached to a family that definitely came from Ireland much earlier, and that whole family seems as if it's been smerged together - there are lots of children born when the mother would have been 10 years old, for instance. Not sure whether this is due to a recent merge or not but there's certainly some work needed here. My guess is that Mary Winn doesn't belong to the family she's in - but then what family?
Karl David Wright I don't know anything about Mary Margaret, but one link on her profile to FamilySearch has a VA birth date. The Ireland birth place comes from the linked discussion about the Beardens of VA.
The current parents linked to her lived and died in VA. I would think you should research the assumption about Ireland and look at the FamilySearch group to see. and read through the discussions to see if someone said she NOT born in ireland. One of the later responses I picked at random was a woman saying that HER research shows that Lettice's mom was born in VA and not Ireland.
so the merge seems good, but the birthplace needs to be resolved in data conflict to most likely VA,,,but will depend on what you find out.
Karl & Dean - https://www.geni.com/discussions/265744?msg=1634908 - I tagged a researcher who may have Winn Family notes.
So far I believe May Conner whoever should be detached from parents.
Source has him married to Elizabeth Reed, daughter of George Reed and Abigail Phelps.
Geni has him married in 1790 to Elizabeth Reed.
Then has him married again in 1802 to Elizabeth Lewis.
Problem is, his first wife lived until 1849 and is said to be buried with her husband in the same Tennessee cemetery.

Would someone please move Joseph Long to the correct parents: Thomas & Sarah Wilcox ( Thomas Long, Sr. & Sarah Ensign) were married in 1666 & had 6 children before the divorce in 1681. Joseph was born in 1667.
Currently Joseph is listed as the first child of Thomas's 2nd wife Sarah Elmer (Sarah Long).
Thank you in advance. I hope this makes sense.

curated profile with issues and (including two wives of same name who may be duplicates) and father of curated profile William McFadden who may be duplicate of William McFadden
Private User - I think William Hollis & David Hollis got smerged a long time ago.

Hopefully can do a clean merge undo.

Sorry, I thought Thomas (Thomas Long, Sr.) & Sarah Ensign (Wilcox) profiles were ok until I looked at the children. There are 3 who I don't know who they belong to. Would you or someone take a look and see if you can figure out if they are even this Thomas's children???
Children in question:
Jonathan Long
(Jonathan Long was born in 1686 (after the divorce in 1681), so Sarah Wilcox can't be the mother)
I found a FindAGrave site for Sarah Long (Elmer) & added it to her profile as she had nothing in her About section.
First of all, a caveat: the records in CT for that time are sparse. I found Jonathan Long attached to Sarah Elmer in Familysearch and moved him over to her. I found Mercy Culver 's husband and attached her to him, but I can find no parents for her. I don't see anything wrong with David Ensign, Jr. and as he is an MP you should probably ask that curator.
Hope this helps!
So, after hearing that the curator in question seems to be unreachable, I went back and looked at David Ensign, Jr. , David Ensign, Sr. , Sarah Ensign , and Sarah Ensign . I think I have got this mess sorted, but some of the dates elude me, as the Sarahs were confused in many trees, but I think they are different people, given the information I have attached to David Sr. and Jr. In any case more work could be done here, but I think it is more accurate now. Please check and let me know what you think.
She does not match the references on her profile and there have been some bad merges in the area...

I think this merge looks a bit suspect. I sent you (Erica) a message that relates to this. Saw it after I sent the message.

Check this one, too, please. Dates match. wife doesn't, so she was cut off.

Everything is relationship & name locked, so no need to undo merges.
