Elvira A. MacNab

Elvira was the thirteenth child born to Olianna and Lars Knudson. She was born on Sept. 18, 1898 and died on May 6, 1973.

Alma recalls many happy days growing up with her little sister Elvira who was three years younger than she. She describes her as being beautiful with fair curly hair and a source of much pleasure to her family.

Elvira attended Detroit Lakes High School in 1914 and 1915. Elvira Married James McNab and remained living on the family farm. They had one daughter Lois Oliane.

Lois married Camron Sharp and the Sharp family still reside on the home place.
