Perlmutter family may perhaps be descended from Peroghamat ( Per-Olga-Mat ) from the Armenian-Parthian nobility ,in case his name does mean " Per, whose mother is Olga ". In this case Olga and Mat has been translated into German from this rather Russian-Slavic form leaving Per ,the real personal name intact ,and thus the surname conserving the memory of their ancestor became Per-Helg'-Mutter ,later corrupted into Perlmutter .
Peroghamat's father was Karen son of Arshavir from the Parthian Arshakeni dynasty . Arshavir's father Arshegh ruling until about 42 b.c. may well be identical with Antipater of the Idumaian dynasty of Hierosolyma,son of Antipater ( Arshanak ) son of Sinatruk ( Arshakan ) son of Mithridat son of Artaban ( Arshak ) ruling between about 176 and 123 b.c. .
In this case Arshavir could be identified with Pheroras acting in Iudaia too ,because the names of both of them refer to the same tribes they might have had positions at .
Pheróra ( Peshera-Wawara or Pe-Sha-yera-Wa-Wara ) namely might have been the chief of some Peshera tribals on the Holy Land of America ,who are related to Lecheyel peoples of Chile ,while Arshavir ( Warshawayer or Wara-Sha-Wa-yera ) may also refer to Poles of Warsaw related to the previous .
Warsaw itself might welee be named after he ancient Shawarsh ,and ,interestingly,one of Peroghamat's descendants was also given this name - so perhaps just a variation of Arshavir .
