This is a umbrella project about history and medieval and other historical periods on the Croatia today teritorry, areas and surrounding areas.

Introduction - shortly description:
I started a this project, because I have a interest in the historical facts and information in the genealogy fields, firstly I'm not a historian, and I'm not learned about details or studied about history on the University, so it will be my glad if any who have a same interests, and who would like to help or participate in this project. So, firstly I call any local Croatian historian (who are maybe on the Geni) peoples or peoples (who think that they are relevant persons for this field) from a Croatia or around World from a other countries, to join and participation in this project.
Their participation is welcome in this project, like a same participation of any other person (Geni user).

Medieval Croatia - History
About of project
A croatian history is a directly related to Roman (Ancient Rome) - (Imperium Romanum), Turkish, Venetian and [Bosnian] history and medieveal period, including a various historical facts and events under different rulers, especially from the a Roman Empire, to the Venetian and Turkish-Otoman conquests, during the Venetian Republic, Dubrovnik Republic (Libertas, Ragusa), Republic of Poljica, during wars in Croatia.
Territories of Croatia in the history were under by different croatian rulers and rulers from other countries at different times and historical periods (ancient history, Middle Ages and Medieval period, Human history - World history, Late modern period).
It is very difficult to speaking about of the Croatian Medieval Ages, because a lots of records not exists from a that periods, and Croatian history has often been differently interpreted, such as: mentioned with a wrong informations or mistaken facts based without providing proofs.
In this project, it will try to collect all relevant true and correct facts, proofs and informations, especially including a critical researching historical literature.
Aims of project
The main purpose and aim of this project is to share a informations with all Geni users in Geni Community, in order to be informed about the true and correct facts and informations based on additional and available historical sources about croatian history.
The purpose of the project of critical reflection or determination of exact historical facts according to the existing available records, sources and literatures.
Indication of possible errors that are listed in some sources without attached evidence for the same, by individual authors, whether they are in some published official literature or published personally by individual authors.
