Some of the many families called Flor may trace their origin back to Athénai ,and especially t o its district called Phalérei after a certain Phaléros ( Fala-ya-War ) ,of whom very scarce knowledge is available .
In any case ,Falor tribe in West Africa may also be descended from ; as it is known that Hellenic peoples in large number colonised Libya from the 6th century BC on,founding Barké as their main place on the Northern coast . Mantineus from Arkadia had a role too in organizing them ,and Mantine - or even Tinmanee - tribe may be descended from him .
Languages spoken there may somewhat be similar to Hahuatl ones,so it is possible that a dominant group of settlers regarded Apollón as his ancestor ,called Byblically A-Na-Pat-Tel-Wa, the ancestor of Nahuatls .
Phaliski people in Italia were also called Phalerii ; though it is not clear if these two names have any closer link to one another .
