The Grayson Motto at the top of the Arms read: HOC SECURIOR

Some Grayson families may be descended from members of Songray people ,or from their kings .
As Song-Hay ,together with Zarma ( Dia-Arma ) relatives ,these peoples around Gao in
Sub-Sahara region of Africa might be in some sense of Hay ,that is Armenian origin ,
whose ancestor might have once lived in the Song kingdom of China .
Their tonal language supports such an idea .
Son of the ancient Hayk and brother of Armenak was Manawaz' ( Mana-Wa-Ze ) ,
from whom Manazewa tribe in the Holy Land of America may be descended ,
and who may be identical Manés,son of Zeys and of Gaia ( Gawiwa ) .
Mangoyo ( Man-Gawiwa ) tribe in the Atlantic coast of Brazil among the so called
Kamakan peoples might be descended from and named after them.
He was the ancestor of Tyrrhénians,among others ,of the Lyds ,and of Kar,Atys's son,
who may be the ancestor of Kar-Atiu people ally of the Tapuyos in recent times ,
and of some Kario peoples among the Guaranis .
Many of these peoples lived in Asia Minor ,that originally,before the exile of Hellén tribes
in about 800 BC by Assyrians from the HolyLand's realm into Europe ,might have meant
for them the much larger regions of China .
Its Southern part,for instance ,called Manzi,might have been the settlement area of Manés ,
Zeys' son ( Man'-Z'wi ) .
In these places they might have intermarried with their local relatives from other tribes ,
and as a result of this,Songhay people might have merged .
Hayk,father of Armenak is identical with An-Ne-Yek-Ha-Ha ,son of Aba-Nawa-Ma-Wan-Na ,
called Manu by Hindus ,the youngest of the twelve male ancestors of the Chosen People ,
the Native Americans .
Songhays might be named Ay'neha after him ;perhaps A(n)-Yek-Ne-Ha-Ha .
Much later ,the king who surpassed Alexander the Great by his deeds ,the Parthian king
Mithridat arrived at the scene of history ,and was called Mari Dyatta in Son-Mali .
He ruled until about 94 BC that corresponds to 1255 of the aera formerly used in Europe
of begin in 1349 BC .
Somalians called him Samaale Osmaan ,and the people of Dahomey might call him Mawulisa .
He appears also to have ruled at the Songray where the local version of his name in Gao
might have been Yama Dad .
He was succeeded by Fa-Dazzawa ,whose name may be a contraction of that of Mawulissa's
two sons,who in fact may be also one person with two different names ,of Fa and Dada-Zoju
( Dada-Zawa-Jawa ) . Fadazzawa thus would be Fa-Dad'-Zawa .
He also seems to be identical with Garai-Fa ,son of Samaale Osmaan ,a king of the Son(g)
peoples,after whom in the end they were named Son(g)-Garay ,that is Songray .
Garifuna people of mixed African and Carib-Arawak ancestry originally on the isle of
Saint Vincent might have been descended from him as well,as to the African part of their ancestry .
Nobles were also enslaved by Europeans and by local enemical rulers .
So ,some Grayson families may be descended from Garay-Fa,alias Fa-Dada-Zawa-Jawa ,
king of Gao,and son of Mithridat / Yama Dad / Mari Dyatta / Oranmiyan Odede .
