About the Finne surname

First peoples called Finne ,identifyable with some of later Lapps / Samis in Pohjola , may well descend from Atche-Feyenna ,father of the Finns or Fenns ,called also Acha-Pawaya-Na , son of Ganda from Kasshu Karduniash, ancestor of all Finno-Ugrians . Their first country must have been beyond Ural mountain until Asshurians have them exiled , like all other inhabitants of Galar-Ganda ,into Eurasia about 800 years b.c..

Some of the tribe though ,possibly much earlier already, have settled in South America ,where they were called Chachapoya people, and founded towns the most famous of which is known as Kuelap, named the after the ethnicity of its people : Kuen-Lapp .

Also Kwealpo ( Kwean-Lappo ) tribe among Salish may well belong to them ,living near Skit-Sami people , whose name correspondfs to today Sami and to Skrithi-Finn names .

The latter ,as well as Inari Samis ,may though in part descend from A'ar-Ayan-Dawa ,another son of Ganda and ancestor of Indo-Aryans of Sam-Skrit language adopted through Levites of the region ,whose issue may in general perhaps be identical with Samoyed peoples . After and before the deportation these two brother tribes might have easily intermixed yet in Asia or already in Europe repectively .

Jews and christians say Tsafon -meaning North - ,Tsifyon,Gad,Gilead,'Arodi .
